Rev. Dr. Leo T. Park is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church with over 20 years of pastoral, academic, conference-wide and denominational leadership experience. He currently serves as Conference Missional Strategist for the Northeast Annual Conference, where he leads initiatives in church planting and multiplication, church revitalization, disciple-making, missions, and international partnerships. He also provides leadership across the Northeast Annual Conference through key roles on the Cabinet, Board of Ministry, Connectional Council, and as Chairperson of the Prayer and Intercession Team.Dr. Park has served faithfully in a variety of pastoral contexts as both senior and associate pastor. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to strengthening the Church through prayer and the ministry of the Word. He has also played a significant role in denominational prayer mobilization, serving on the GMC Prayer Steering Committee and contributing to both the Convening and upcoming General Conferences.In addition to pastoral ministry, Dr. Park is actively involved in theological education and leadership development. He serves as a Doctor of Ministry Faculty Mentor and Contextual Ministries Facilitator at United Theological Seminary, where he equips current and future leaders in cross-cultural ministry, Korean spirituality, and revival. He also serves as President of the Korean Orthodox Pastors Association within the GMC, providing leadership, fostering fellowship, and supporting pastors serving in diverse ministry contexts .Dr. Park holds a Doctor of Ministry degree with a focus on prayer and intercession. His spiritual gifts include shepherding, intercession, leadership, teaching, and discernment. He is especially called to equip pastors and lay leaders to cultivate vibrant, prayer-based congregations. His vision is to see every GMC local church become a house of prayer and every congregation become a people of prayer, ensuring the Global Methodist Church remains a Spirit-led movement, not merely an institution, for generations.
