Jordan McFall serves as the Conference Superintendent of the Heartland Conference of the Global Methodist Church and lives in Wichita, Kansas, with his wife, Megan, and their two children, Lily and Elijah. He holds degrees from Kansas State University and Asbury Theological Seminary.Jordan’s calling is rooted in a deep passion for discipleship, church planting, and multiplication. He has served in a variety of pastoral roles in the local church and previously planted and led a satellite campus. He has received extensive training in church planting and has walked alongside congregations as a coach, helping pastors and laity develop healthy leadership, strengthen discipleship pathways, and engage in mission with greater intentionality. Earlier in his career, he also worked in the corporate sector with Beechcraft Defense Company, an experience that continues to shape his administrative and strategic leadership.As Conference Superintendent, Jordan provides vision, support, and oversight for churches and clergy across the Heartland Conference. His heart is to invest in, raise up, and send Kingdom leaders who will faithfully make disciples of Jesus Christ. His primary spiritual gifts are administration and leadership, which he uses to help cultivate clarity, alignment, and mission-focused effectiveness in the Church.Jordan also serves as adjunct faculty at Friends University, where he teaches Old Testament on a periodic basis, continuing his investment in developing future leaders. At the heart of it all, Jordan simply desires to serve Jesus with faithfulness and humility, and to serve His Church in whatever way is most needed.
