The pre-conference workbook contains practical information that will help delegates and observers participate in the 2026 General Conference. Users will find the list of delegates, legislative committees, Plan of Organization, schedules, room assignments, seating chart, list of commission and council nominees, and more. Delegates should especially attend to the various commission reports, as this will be their only opportunity to survey the work of the commissions over the past two years. The special “Know Before You Go” section contains information about travel and accommodations, as well as what to expect during the conference. “People to Know” is a directory of key people responsible for certain aspects of the conference and how to reach them.

The workbook is available in the official languages of the church (English, French, Spanish, Kiswahili, Korean, and Portuguese). For this conference, it is also available in Amharic, Russian, and Thai.

Users are encouraged to download the workbook onto a digital device to access it throughout the next two months and at the conference. An abbreviated edition of the workbook will be printed in Johannesburg with information particularly relevant to the legislative process. The rest of the workbook will only be available digitally.
